Verify your email address
Verifying your email is required to send galleries to clients. The mail you'd send goes out from a verified studio identity; an unverified address means we can't legitimately put your name on outbound mail to your clients.
What's gated until you verify
- Sending galleries to clients. The Send to client form refuses with an "email_unverified" error.
- The "Verify your email" banner stays at the top of every
/apppage.
What is NOT gated
- Creating galleries
- Uploading photos
- Customizing brand settings
- Upgrading your plan / paying
- Connecting Google sign-in
So you can finish setup and pay first, then verify when you have inbox access.
I didn't get the email
Click Resend link on the verification banner. The email goes from onboarding@encore.photo (or your studio's verified email-from if you've already configured one). Check your spam folder. The deliverability is solid but a fresh studio with no DKIM history occasionally lands there.
If it still doesn't show up, email hello@encore.photo from the address you signed up with and we'll verify you manually.
