Getting started

Ship your first gallery
Your studio is live the moment you finish signup. Here's the shortest path from there to a client opening the link on their phone.
1. Create a gallery
From the studio dashboard, click New gallery in the top-right. Fill in:
- Title. What the client sees at the top of the page
- Theme. Pick the look that fits the work; you can change it any time
- Event type / venue. Surface metadata for your own filing later
Hit Create. You land on the editor.
2. Drop in photos
The Frames tab has a drop zone. Drag a folder of JPEGs, HEICs, or RAWs onto it. Uploads run in parallel and progress shows in the floating panel bottom-right. The panel survives navigation, so you can keep working in another tab while the queue drains.
EXIF (camera, lens, capture time, GPS) is parsed automatically. Roll IDs are stamped on every photo permanently. They live with the frame across galleries, exports, and reposts.
3. Set the cover
Click any photo in the grid to open the lightbox. From there, the Set as cover action makes it the gallery's hero image. The cover shows in the studio dashboard, on the public studio page, and in the share email.
4. Adjust settings
Right rail of the editor (Gallery Settings):
- Stage. Flip from Draft to Sneak peek / Selects / Full when you're ready for the client
- Visibility. Unlisted (link-only) is the default; Public adds it to your studio page; Private hides it entirely
- Password. Optional; the client gets it in the share email if you turn it on
5. Send to client
Top-right of the editor, hit Send to client →. Enter their email and a short message. The email carries the cover, your studio identity, and a one-click link.
That's it. The Stats tab shows views, downloads, and re-edit requests as they come in.
